Over, originally from Manuel Antonio, has worked as a chef for the past ten years and has trained in Valencia, Spain. He takes great pride in offering his guests delicious menus utilizing the abundant fruits, vegetables and fish from the region. Upon your arrival, he will sit down with you and discuss your menu desires for the week.
